The Community is invited on Tuesday, February 10th at 5:30 to attend an informational session with Staci Kleinhesselink from the Northwest Iowa Planning and Development Commission. She will be presenting information about the Northwest Iowa Regional Housing Trust Fund Home Rehabilitation Assistance Program. The program’s eligibility is income based and provides assistance through grants and low interest loans for homeowners to utilize for qualifying projects. This will be located in the large room upstairs at the Community Services Center, 416 9th St, Sheldon, IA 51201.
